Packaging Line Operator
Shift: 2nd shift M-F 3p-11p
Pay Rate: $14.25/hr
Position Responsibilities
- Work on production and packaging lines
- Package and handle food products
- Keep product bins filled to ensure the line continues running efficiently
- Monitor the production line and communicate any concerns to team leaders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety guidelines
Requirements
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to read and speak basic English to understand work instructions, safety procedures, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions and take direction from team leaders
- Scheduled shifts are based on production needs. Hours may fluctuate depending
on workload, and flexibility is required.
