Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Production Team Lead to support a production team and help ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This position serves as a lead point of contact for Production Technicians, providing training, guidance, and support while also performing hands-on production work.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to Production Technicians.
• Train team members on safe and efficient work practices.
• Assign and prioritize daily production activities.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and work flow.
• Help troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
• Operate production equipment and use hand and power tools.
• Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.
• Perform quality checks, measurements, and basic calculations.
• Review timecards and ensure accurate reporting.
• Communicate production, material, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is required, with prior leadership, training, or team lead experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead by example.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Good hand dexterity and coordination.
