Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Technician to perform hands-on assembly, operate production equipment, and complete quality inspections. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, a quick learner, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Available Schedules
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.
- Safely operate production equipment and hand/power tools.
- Perform quality checks, measurements, and basic math calculations.
- Read and follow work orders and written instructions.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Meet production, quality, and attendance expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods.
- Perform repetitive tasks.
- Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Good hand dexterity and coordination.
